The Newest Member of the Family
This 10-story building is the newest member of the University of Arizona’s Biomedical Campus, located in downtown Phoenix. The Biomedical Science Partnership Building shows off the same copper skin system as it’s sister building, the Health and Sciences Education Building. Kovach collaborated with CO Architects in the design of the award winning custom copper system, which resembles rock and sediment formations found in canyons. The striking copper panels were fabricated at Kovach’s headquarters in Chandler, AZ. There’s no doubt this building is a beautiful addition to Phoenix’s growing skyline.
