Our story began in 1969, when Stephen E. Kovach III founded a humble roofing and siding business in Scottsdale, Arizona. Driven by a relentless work ethic and a commitment to quality, the company evolved from a local subcontractor into a national powerhouse for holistic building envelopes.

Over the decades, we expanded our capabilities, acquiring top-tier glazing expertise in 2011 and pioneering new manufacturing technologies to meet the demands of modern architecture.
