Our story began in 1969, when Stephen E. Kovach III founded a humble roofing and siding business in Scottsdale, Arizona. Driven by a relentless work ethic and a commitment to quality, the company evolved from a local subcontractor into a national powerhouse for holistic building envelopes.

Over the decades, we expanded our capabilities, acquiring top-tier glazing expertise in 2011 and pioneering new manufacturing technologies to meet the demands of modern architecture. Today, while the projects have grown from residential roofs to massive stadiums and data centers, the founding spirit remains the same: We find a way to get it done.
