The Mesa City Hall Facade System, completed in 2024, represents a civic milestone for the City of Mesa and a signature project for Kovach. Working alongside Adaptive Architects and Okland Construction, Kovach was entrusted with the design-assist and installation of a thermally efficient, visually striking enclosure system that reinforces the city’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and timeless civic architecture.
Located in the heart of downtown, the newly expanded City Hall and Council Chambers serve as a modern-day anchor for Mesa's urban revitalization—featuring a dynamic façade that balances tradition with high performance.
