Largest Historical Office Development

Kovach Enclosure Systems was part of the largest office development in Arizona history as we brought our composite cladding to State Farm’s new home along Tempe Town Lake. This LEED Silver design concept was made possible, in part, by Kovach’s advanced cladding systems, featured throughout the 1.9 million square-foot development. These structures transformed the skyline of Tempe and are renowned in the area for their stunning facade.
