Downtown Dormitory for Growing University

Two twelve-story towers in the heart of downtown Phoenix house 1,250 students every year. Kovach utilized our MCM and Architectural Shade systems to give these two facilities an excellent envelope and one that will stand the test of time as Phoenix continues to grow and expand with its population.
