LEED Building in an Urban Center

Arizona State University’s College of Nursing and Health Innovation building was one which needed to feed into the Phoenix’s growing downtown culture and be a flexible space that could someday be expanded upon. Three unique Kovach systems were utilized on this product, which allowed for natural metals like copper to feature heavily on this 34,000-square-foot project. This building achieved LEED gold level certification.
