Ryan Burns serves as Vice President of Operations & Integration at Kovach Enclosure Systems where he helps drive operational strategy and alignment across the company. He works closely with teams throughout the organization to strengthen execution, improve consistency and support scalable growth across Kovach’s operations.

Ryan joined Kovach in 2015 in Northern California and has since supported operations across Southern California and Arizona. Over the years, he has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities across multiple areas of the business, helping improve operational performance and strengthen collaboration between departments.

Known for his practical and collaborative leadership style, Ryan is passionate about developing people and building strong teams that can support the company’s long-term success as a growing employee-owned organization.

Outside of Kovach, Ryan actively participates in organizations that support the construction industry and help develop the next generation of workers and leaders who will shape the future of construction.
