Jansen’s journey with Kovach began in 1999 as a laborer. Over the past 27 years, he has worked his way up through the ranks by adhering to a simple, guiding principle: “Do what’s right for Kovach.” His dedication to the company’s success has taken him across the country, as he has relocated to multiple states and spent more than half of his career traveling away from home to support project delivery.

A firm believer in building the best possible team, Jansen is known for his competitive spirit in talent acquisition—often finding motivation in the challenge of recruiting top-tier candidates who others might think are out of reach.
