Brad Wright serves as Chief Executive Officer of Kovach Enclosure Systems, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, culture, and continued growth in the façade and building enclosure industry. Since joining Kovach in June 2022, Brad has focused on building a healthy, profitable, and people-centered company where employees are empowered to thrive, take ownership, and deliver excellence.

With executive leadership experience in Arizona’s construction industry since 2017, Brad brings a strong background in operations, team development, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining Kovach, he served as President of MFRG-ICON Construction after previously holding the role of Chief Operating Officer. His leadership approach is rooted in transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Under Brad’s leadership, Kovach has continued to strengthen its position as a leading enclosure systems company by investing in people, process, quality control, and integrated project delivery. He has helped advance the company’s focus on procurement, prefabrication, manufacturing, delivery, and installation, supporting Kovach’s mission to provide exceptional façade solutions while exceeding client expectations. In 2024, Brad also led Kovach through a major milestone as the company became employee-owned through the launch of its Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Brad is deeply committed to professional development and employee engagement. He has championed learning and development initiatives, leadership training, core values retreats, and internal committees that give employees a voice in shaping the company’s culture. Kovach’s core values — Positivity, Own It, Expertise, and Grit — are central to Brad’s leadership and are reflected throughout the organization. 

Born and raised in Arvada, Colorado, Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in History from the University of Northern Colorado. He later earned a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Since moving to Arizona, Brad has become an active leader in the local construction community.

Beyond the workplace, Brad is passionate about giving back. He and his wife, Jianna, founded The Wishbone Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports and trains healthcare professionals working with families experiencing stillbirth and early infant death, following the loss of their daughter, Mackensie, in 2011. Brad also supports Kovach’s ongoing community impact efforts through volunteerism, fundraising, and partnerships with local nonprofit organizations.

Brad and Jianna are proud parents to their sons, Jace, Beckham, and Easton. Whether leading at work, serving in the community, or spending time with his family, Brad is guided by purpose, integrity, and a commitment to making a lasting impact on the people and industry around him.
