Fabrication Capabilities

Kovach Inc.’s 45,000 S.F. fabrication facility allows us to produce a variety of metal panel systems, and has extensive offsite storage capabilities, specifically tailored to just-in-time projects. To meet the increased demand for custom products, we utilize the most state-of-the art equipment and machinery in our facility. Our in-house capabilities include metal panel roll-forming, sheet folding and breaking, route and return composite panel fabrication, welding, column cover curving, tube steel curving, and custom panel fabrication. We specialize in processing steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, Cor-ten, prefinished and mill finished products. In addition to metal products, we have the ability to procure panelized masonry and stone.
