In the Spring of 1969, Stephen E. Kovach III began Kovach Properties in Scottsdale, Arizona. Before moving to Arizona Mr. Kovach had spent his previous fifteen years with E. G. Smith Organization in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, the nations leading industrial metal siding and roofing manufacturer / contractor. In Arizona Mr. Kovach began marketing metal wall and roof systems as a Dealer in the Western Region in 1969.

Shortly thereafter, Stephen E. Kovach IV joined the company as an Installation Foreman. In the years following, brothers Rick and Eric joined the firm in the areas of accounting and sales.

Today Kovach is headed by Steve IV, President and Eric, Vice President. Kovach Inc. has grown into one of the nations most respected metal wall and roof contractors. From East to the West Coast, Kovach provides materials, installation services, waterproofing for the most unique and highest profile projects. Kovach has been providing long term, weather-tight warranties for over 20 years.

Kovach specializes in all types of metal finishes in their wall and roof installations. Bare steel, painted steel and copper all in various gages, aluminum, stainless steel, zinc and other exotic metals. Kovach's employee base, includes several who have exceeded twenty years of service and have a vast knowledge of the industry.
